Contacting Spinrise Support
Spinrise handles player queries through two channels, live chat and email, both reachable from any page on the site once you are logged in or from the help icon before registration.
Support Channels
Live chat is staffed continuously and is the fastest route for account access issues, deposit and withdrawal questions, and bonus queries. Email is better suited to document-heavy requests such as KYC verification, where you need to attach files rather than describe an issue in a chat window.
| Channel | Availability | Typical Response |
|---|---|---|
| Live chat | Staffed across Australian time zones, seven days a week | Under two minutes |
| Email ([email protected]) | Monitored continuously | Same day for most account queries |
Phone support is not offered to standard accounts. It becomes available once a player reaches Silver VIP tier, at which point a dedicated manager provides a direct contact method.
Before You Reach Out
For faster handling, have your registered email address ready for any query, since agents locate accounts by this field first. If your query concerns a deposit or withdrawal, note the transaction amount, the payment method used and the approximate time it was submitted. For KYC-related contact, have your identity document and proof of address ready to attach directly to your email, as this avoids a second round of correspondence asking for the same files.
Choosing a Channel
Use live chat for anything time-sensitive: a locked account, a login problem or a bonus that has not credited after a qualifying deposit. Use email when you need to send a document or when your question involves account changes, such as updating the email address on file, which requires identity confirmation before Spinrise can process it. Loyalty and VIP status queries can go through either channel, though players in the VIP programme should contact their assigned manager directly once one has been assigned.
